Everything you train. One coach.

For people who train strength and run seriously and refuse to choose. A coach that plans your week, explains it and adapts it to what happens.

What changes in your week

You know what is on today, and why.

Every Sunday your week is written, with its why. You open the app and there is nothing to decide: today it is this, for this.

You do not overdo it: the coach brakes before you do.

All your load goes into one account: gym, running and the rest. If the week runs hot, the coach sees it and eases off.

Strength and running in one plan, not in each other's way.

It knows Tuesday's legs weigh on Thursday. It keeps the hard sessions apart and the easy days truly easy.

Everything you do counts: padel, the group class, the hills.

You log it in a minute with your effort, or it arrives from your watch, and next week is written knowing it.

How it works

  1. 1

    You log what you do.

Gym sets in two taps, even when the signal drops. Runs from your watch or its file. Everything else in a minute.

Logging a barbell bench press set: 60 kg, 8 reps, RPE 8, plates per side and the rest timer
    StrengthA set, in two taps
  2. 2

    The coach plans and explains.

Every four weeks it writes your block; every Sunday, your week. Every session carries its why, so you know what it is after, not just what is on.

The Today screen: the day's easy run with its target pace, the Upload run button and the seven dots of the week
RunningToday: what is on, and why
  3. 3

And it adapts to what happens.

When you close a workout it tells you what it meant. If a session goes sideways, it offers to rewrite what is left of the week. Travelling or injured? Declare it and the plan breathes with you.

The coach's comment after an upper-body session: load, load and technique, with the weights compared to before the break
    The coach reads every workout

What is missing today: more sports (cycling and swimming are on the plan) and a direct Garmin link (today, through Intervals.icu). We say it here so you do not find out later.

Who it is for

Anyone who trains strength and runs seriously and refuses to choose. You train strength three or four days and run two, and until now nobody told you whether Tuesday's legs were dragging Thursday's pace. And if you only run, or only go to the gym, it works too: the coach plans what you do and counts the rest.

Companion mode if you prefer to be in charge: it logs everything and the coach only proposes when you ask.

Not for you if you want a chat to talk training with, a hand-editable plan, or medical advice: the coach does not diagnose, treat injuries or replace a health professional.

Your watch

It syncs with Garmin, COROS and Suunto through Intervals.icu, and your plan shows up on the watch's calendar. With any other watch, you will have to upload the file. No Strava, and we tell you why.

Watches and sync

Price

Free during the invitation phase. When it opens it will cost €14.99 a month or €119.99 a year; those who join during the invitation will pay €89.99 a year for twelve months.

Frequently asked

Do I need a watch?

For the gym, no: sets are logged from your phone. For running, yes: today a run comes in from the watch, synced or by uploading its file, not by hand. For the rest of what you do, it is recommended.

Is it useful if I only run, or only lift?

Yes, though it is made for people who do both. If you do one, the coach plans that one and counts the rest of what you do.

Can I edit the plan?

By hand, no. You can ask for a rewrite, swap an exercise in the session, or switch to companion mode, where you decide and the coach only proposes when you ask.

What if I get injured or travel?

You tell it beforehand, with a note on what you will be able to do. The plan fits itself to that; if you are ill, it rests; and when you return, it climbs back little by little from where you are.

How much time does it take each day?

Logging a set is two taps. A run with a watch, none. The coach does the rest: the week on Sunday, the block every four.

Does it work without signal in the gym?

Yes. Every set is saved on the phone and syncs when the signal returns. No logged set is ever lost.
