Frequently asked questions

Twenty questions, three lines each. If yours is missing, write to us.

Do I need a watch?

For the gym, no: sets are logged from your phone. For running, yes: today a run comes in from the watch, synced or by uploading its file, not by hand. For the rest of what you do, it is recommended.

Is it useful if I only run, or only lift?

Yes, though it is made for people who do both. If you do one, the coach plans that one and counts the rest of what you do.

Can I edit the plan?

By hand, no. You can ask for a rewrite, swap an exercise in the session, or switch to companion mode, where you decide and the coach only proposes when you ask.

What if I get injured or travel?

You tell it beforehand, with a note on what you will be able to do. The plan fits itself to that; if you are ill, it rests; and when you return, it climbs back little by little from where you are.

How much time does it take each day?

Logging a set is two taps. A run with a watch, none. The coach does the rest: the week on Sunday, the block every four.

Does it work without signal in the gym?

Yes. Every set is saved on the phone and syncs when the signal returns. No logged set is ever lost.

What does the AI see of me?

Your workouts, your notes and your numbers; never your name or your email. Anthropic's models do not train on your data.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes, as JSON or CSV, and you can delete your account with its whole history. Today you ask by writing to hola@talantah.com; the button in the app is on the plan.

How much does it cost?

Nothing during the invitation phase. When it opens, €14.99 a month or €119.99 a year; those who join during the invitation, €89.99 a year for twelve months.

When will my invitation arrive?

We read every request and write to you once. If there is room, the invitation arrives by email and you sign in with a code, no passwords.

Which watches does it work with?

Garmin, COROS and Suunto through Intervals.icu, both ways; Polar, Wahoo and Zwift the same way; any watch, by uploading the .fit or .tcx file.

Why not Strava?

Its terms forbid feeding your data to an AI, and the coach is one. Your runs come in from your watch or from its file: it is your data.

Does it send the plan to the watch?

Yes, through Intervals.icu: every planned session shows up on its calendar and, with Garmin, COROS or Suunto, on the watch's.

Do I have to do tests?

An all-out 5K or a real race every six to eight weeks sharpens your paces. The coach suggests it; it never imposes it.

Is it for beginners?

It is made for people who already run or already go to the gym regularly, but the door is not closed: if you are starting out, the first week is light, with no preloaded weights, and the coach builds from there.

What if I already have a coach?

Talantah does not replace a coach who sees you. In that case, companion mode logs everything and the coach only proposes when you ask.

Do padel, a group class or a hike count?

Yes. You log it with the duration and your effort, or it arrives from the watch, and it goes into the same load account as the gym and the running.

Will I be able to cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Once there are prices, cancelling will be as easy as joining, with a notice before every renewal.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes: Talantah is for people over 18.

Does it speak other languages?

The app speaks Spanish today; other languages are on the plan. This website is in Spanish and English.
